Sacred Pause is a nurturing monthly gathering for busy women ready to breathe deeply, reset, and be supported. Through mindfulness, energy healing, reflection, and soulful conversation, you’ll restore your spirit and rise stronger.
Each Circle Includes:
- Opening meditation
- Themed journaling + reflection
- Mini Reiki energy clearing or breathwork
- Group sharing (optional)
- Closing ritual
