 No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At Mind Body Spirit Healing Room, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure the highest level of care and attention. I value your time and ask that you value mine in return.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
   
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable. No credits or transfers will be issued.
   
• Why This Policy Matters: Missed or late-canceled sessions limit my ability to offer that time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening and result in lost income.
