At Mind Body Spirit Healing Room, each appointment and workshop space is intentionally reserved to create a meaningful experience for you and others in our healing community. Your time is valued, and I ask that you extend the same respect for mine and for those waiting to attend.
- Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment or workshop cancellations or reschedules.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session or workshop, will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Credits or transfers will not be issued.
- Workshops & Group Events: Because supplies and preparation are made in advance, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed workshops, classes, or special events. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.
- Repeat Cancellations: Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
- Why This Policy Exists: Respecting this policy allows me to maintain fairness for all clients, offer open spots to those on waiting lists, and honor the time and energy that goes into preparing each healing session and group experience.
